I contracted Bruce Greene Construction Company to build my home. Bruce went over my plans and made some
suggestions to my pleasure. He jumped right in with his employees and worked as hard, if not harder.

In December 1978, Mr. Bruce Greene completed construction of our new home. Prior to, during, and after
construction, we found Bruce to conduct business in a very professional manner. We haven't experienced
any problems with construction and have been overall very pleased with all of Bruce's work. We have

I remember the months of planning and all the help you gave us from your experience as we tried to make our
plans realistic and cost effective and yet still what we wanted in a home. Your ideas saved us a lot of money,
and at the same time helped us get the home we really wanted. You had many good ideas that had not occurred to
us, and it made our plans better.
I remember the months of building, as we watched our plans, step by step, become a reality. It was exciting,
seeing the mental image we had turning into the real thing. I enjoyed getting to know the men on your crew
as well as your sub-contractors. They were all very nice and professional, and they did exemplary work. All
your suppliers were good, as well, and I appreciate all the help you gave us in telling us where to go to pick
things out.
I remember the excitement of moving in. Everything fit just as we had planned, and we experienced the fulfillment
of our dream. Ever since then, we have just enjoyed and appreciated our new home more and more. It's quiet, solid,
no squeaks, no drafts, no glitches - just a good, well-built home which really is OUR DREAM COME TRUE!

During the summer of 1993 Greene's Construction built a house for us. We decided to contract Bruce Greene
after a period of deliberate and thorough evaluation of several reputable home builders. We chose Bruce for the
following reasons: 1) we saw his construction at three other houses and were very impressed with his emphasis
on detail and quality. 2) he always worked with his crew to supervise and personally tackle many of the day to
day steps in the construction process, and 3) homeowners of the houses he built were always very positive about
their building experience with Bruce as the contractor...this alone could be a strong reason for selection in our
opinion.
Throughout the building process, Bruce and his entire crew were courteous, helpful, and a real pleasure to be
around. We were often on the job site and enjoyed the personal interation with Bruce and his crew. Bruce would sometimes
offer suggestions or modifications to improve the building design, function, or long term dependability. We really
appreciated Bruce's ability to see the needs and his willingness to go out of the way to improve on the home.
We have now been in our home more than a year and love it! We know it is well built and it will stand the test
